How does it work once I book?
First things first, you can drop me an email or book a free 30-minute call. This is where we'll have an informal chat and I get to know your business, understand your challenges, and figure out the best way to support you.
After our chat, I’ll send over a proposal, agreement, and invoice for you to review and approve. Once that’s all set, I’ll request the info and data I need and get to work.
Most projects take 2–4 weeks, depending on the service.
When the work is ready, we’ll review everything together so you’re never left staring at a spreadsheet wondering what it means. For Profit & Stock Guidance, you’ll walk away with 5 clear action steps to boost results, plus a recording of our session and a simple, easy-to-follow summary you can refer back to anytime.

I hate video calls or don’t have time for meetings. Can we work another way?
No problem! We can stick to email and I can send you a recorded video walkthrough of my findings instead to watch back in your own time.
Does it matter which ePOS or eCommerce platform I use?
Ideally, you’re on Shopify (personally, I think their reporting is the best and I know my way around), but if you’re using another platform, let’s chat as I may still be able to help.
Can you help if my sales and stock data is messy?
Don’t worry, I’ve seen it all (and often much worse, even in big businesses!) I’m not here to judge.
As a small business owner myself, I know the juggle and let’s be honest, keeping your data perfectly tidy probably hasn’t been top of your to-do list. That’s totally normal.
