How do I know how many sessions to book?
Here’s a guide to what I can usually get done in one session (around 3 hours):
- Add up to 25 new product listings
- Create up to 50 product variants/siblings (sizes, colours, styles)
- Update 750 metafields (or 5 metafields across 150 products)
- Add or update filters to improve shopability
- Resize & optimise up to 150 images for faster loading
- Create up to 75 colour swatches

What do I need to provide?
To get started, I’ll just need:
- Your Shopify Collab Code so I can request access to your store
- Approval for my collaborator request once it comes through
- Your product details (titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs)
- Any images (you can share via Google Drive)
- Metafield information (either in Google Sheets or Excel)
To make sure I can hit the ground running, please send everything over at least 48 hours before your booked session.
How do I give you access to my Shopify store?
- Head to Settings>Users>Security in your Shopify.
- Generate your collab code and send it to me.
- I’ll request access to the areas I need, and you’ll just need to approve it.
- Once the work is done, you can easily remove my access at any time.
Can you write product descriptions for me?
I’ll be honest, I’m much more of a numbers and tech gal than a wordsmith. Writing beautiful product descriptions isn’t really my thing (I’ll leave that magic to copywriters!).
What I can do, though, is create clear, short descriptions (1–2 sentences) for your products. These work perfectly as placeholders so Google has something to index, and your listings don’t sit empty.
That way, your store stays SEO-friendly and up to date and when you’re ready, you can easily bring in a copywriter (or I can connect you with one!) to polish them into something extra engaging.
Can I message you during the session?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to reach out to me by email or WhatsApp while I’m working on your store.
Just a little note: if your to-do list grows or the work takes longer than the booked time, you can simply add another session and I’ll keep things moving for you.
What if I need to cancel the session?
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours before your booked session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the service amount.
