The aim is to help you recover profit where possible, but I can’t guarantee all your stock will sell without discounting.

What I can promise is that you’ll gain valuable learnings to apply to future ranges and launches, helping you avoid costly mistakes.

How does the process work?

Once you book, I’ll confirm the details and send over your questionnaire. After you’ve provided access to your data, I’ll complete the audit and deliver your findings in an easy-to-understand summary deck and video.

What do you need from me?

If you’re on Shopify, you’ll need to provide your collaborator code.

If you’d like SEO insights included, I’ll ask for access to your Google Search Console (with step-by-step instructions.)

You’ll also complete a short questionnaire so I can understand context your numbers can’t tell me (why you bought the product, how you marketed it, etc.)
