Initial contact: Drop me an email or enquire below. We can set up a call.

Consultation call: Tell me all about your business and the challenges your facing during our call, so we can decide on how many days you need and when I can start.

Proposal & agreement: I'll then send you a retainer agreement and invoice for you to review and approve.

Project Kick-off: Depending on the support you need, you can give me access to your Shopify, or the required files and systems by providing me access to your cloud or via a secure VPN login. Then, with everything in place, I'll start gathering all the necessary information and get to work!

How do I pay you?

I will send you an invoice to be paid via bank transfer.

What are your payment terms?

An invoice for payment will be issued on the 1st of each month, prior to the commencement of work.

Invoices are required to be paid within 7 days.

What hours do you operate?

Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do you deal with confidentiality?

I am used to maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

I am always happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement so that you are confident that I will not disclose your sensitive information and data.
