Small Business Collaboration Directory
Looking to boost your backlinks and domain rating? Collaborating with other small businesses is a great way to do it!
Here’s How:
- Choose a Topic: Pick a blog topic that fits your business, like a gift guide or seasonal edit. Click here for an example of one I've written for my small business, Skudaboo .
- Find Partners: Research small businesses that align with your topic.
- Reach Out: See if they’re interested in collaborating.
- Create Content: Write engaging content that includes them, and they may do the same for you.
Collaborations can lead to multiple mentions of your business, giving you several backlinks, however, scouring the internet to find small businesses that want to collaborate and also have a blog can be time-consuming.
That's why I created the Small Business Collaboration Directory, a directory full of businesses that are ready to partner with you. If you’d like to be included, email me at hello@thesmallbusinessassistant.co.uk with a short bio and I'll add you (that means you’ll also get a bonus backlink from me too!)
If you want to mention and link the directory in your blog to say on where you've found these small businesses, it’s appreciated but not required!
A Quick Note: Avoid reciprocal backlinks, as Google frowns upon them. Focus on creating valuable and lovely small business content for your audience and only recommend businesses you genuinely support.
