How to get website support for your small business.

Initial contact: Drop me an email or enquire below to outline what you need help with. We can set up a call to dive deeper or keep the conversation going via email if that's more your style.

Consultation call: Tell me all about your business and exactly what you need during our call. We'll also agree a date for the work to be completed on.

Proposal & agreement: I'll then send you a proposal including an invoice and contract for your review and approval.

Onboarding process: Once agreed, you'll receive a link to your client portal. Here, you’ll find a quick questionnaire to gather all necessary details, along with any other documents required for your project.

Project Kick-off: With everything in place, I roll up my sleeves and get to work!

  • Website Support Prices

    To keep things simple, my hourly rate is set at £30 per hour. If you have a specific project or task to complete, I’ll work out how many hours I think it will take and let you know before we book it in. Alternatively, you can also book me in for a number of hours each month for regular website support.

  • Shopify & website tasks I can do in an hour.

    • Upload 10 products to your Shopify store
    • Add a filter to your Shopify collection pages (depending on number of products)
    • Update or add 3-4 new product collections on Shopify
    • Write up a FAQ section for your website
    • Update the status and tracking details on your orders
    • Check & update links on your website & blogs

Can you help with other platforms besides Shopify?

I currently have the most experience using Shopify, Etsy and Not on the High Street however, I'm working on expanding my knowledge of Wordpress and Squarespace, so watch this space!

How do I give you access to my Shopify website?

You can send me a collaborator code that would allow me access to your website, which you can find in the 'User & Permission' section in your Shopify settings. I will then request access to the areas of your websites needed, which you will then review and approve.

How do I pay you?

Via bank transfer or some projects are available to purchase directly through my Shopify shop.

What are your payment terms?

Regular clients are invoiced monthly as a retainer in advance on the 1st day of the month.

Ad hoc jobs, if not purchased through Shopify, will be invoiced for the full payment up front.

Invoices are required to be paid within 7 days.

Is your price negotiable?

Not really, as I price carefully to ensure affordability and flexibility.

I may be open to discussing pricing on larger projects that require more commitment, but it will depend on my availability.

What if I need to cancel?

I understand schedules change, so therefore request 48 hours notice of the agreed project date before cancelling or rescheduling jobs.

Obviously the earlier the better, and I will do my best to rearrange if needed.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

What hours do you operate?

Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do you deal with confidentiality?

I am used to maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

I am always happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement so that you are confident that I will not disclose your sensitive information and data.

Is there a minimum number of hours that I have to commit to?

There is a minimum charge of 1 hour.
