Proposal & agreement: I'll send you an invoice and contract for your approval.

Project kick-off: I’ll dive into your sales numbers and start working on your sales report and range plan. This may take up to two weeks.

1-Hour performance review: Together, we’ll review your sales report, range plan and discuss recommendations, and you can ask any questions.

By the end, you'll have a clear understanding of what worked and any potential opportunities.

What if I need more merchandising support?

I can absolutely do this! Please get in touch via email or the contact form and we can discuss how best I can support you.

How do I pay you?

I will send you an invoice to be paid via bank transfer.

What are your payment terms?

An invoice for full payment will be sent up front.

Invoices are required to be paid within 7 days.

What if I change my mind?

Your project can be cancelled and fully refunded up until the proposal and contract is signed.

After this point, work would have started on your project and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What hours do you operate?

Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do you deal with confidentiality?

I am used to maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

I am always happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement so that you are confident that I will not disclose your sensitive information and data.
